This video published on MySanAntonio.com, the web site of the San Antonio Express-News, in November 2007. The story won third place in the National Press Photographers Association’s monthly multimedia competition and it won an honorable mention in the NPPA Best of Photojournalism competition.
John Lopez of JS Shop in Poteet makes ink pens from cow manure. He said he’ll never run out of supplies in South Texas.
