San Antonio police on Wednesday arrested a 32-year-old Houston man who believed he was in town to have sex with the two young daughters of a woman he had met in an Internet chat room. The “woman” was actually a San Antonio vice officer.

Around 2 p.m., a part-time employee of Northeast Lakeview College allegedly shot and killed a 37-year-old Devin Zimmerman in the campus library. The shooter immediately gave himself up to police. Officials still do not know the motive for the crime.

Officials Monday morning were puzzling out how a cement truck slid down an embankment, crashing and catching fire in a drainage ditch below. The accident at Loop 1604 East and Gold Canyon Drive backed up traffic for more than an hour.
