Tension hung in the air like an electric charge at the championship bout of the Alamo City Rollergirls. The Dragon Divas won the 2007 title when they beat The Missyfits 102 to 93. The action will resume again next spring.

The Prim Reapers had to forfeit the August roller derby bout to the Dragon Divas because too many Prims were injured. But the teams still played an exhibition bout with the help of four Missyfits players.
